Camera Roll: Load files saved in the Camera Roll.
Documents: Load files saved in the iCoachView Documents folder. To Delete files from Documents, touch the desired line and slide your finger from right to left.
Video Sets: Loads single or dual videos saved previously with the iCoachView app.
FTP: Download files via FTP from your dedicated iCoachView site or any site you have access to.
